The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a 5-star hotel spa environment , excellent guest-handling skills, and the ability to perform a variety of spa and wellness treatments to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Perform professional spa treatments including body massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other wellness therapies as per guest requirements. Demonstrate proficiency in multiple massage techniques and spa treatments. Welcome and consult with guests to understand their requirements and recommend suitable treatments. Maintain high standards of guest service, hygiene, grooming, and professionalism . Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and spa areas are clean, organized, and properly sanitized. Upsell suitable spa treatments and products while maintaining a guest-focused approach. Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently, including treatment preparation, guest assistance, and basic spa operations. Follow all hotel and spa SOPs, safety standards, and hygiene protocols .
