MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE To identify, assess, and mitigate fatigue-related risks in order to safeguard employee fitness for duty, operational readiness, and overall safety by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices through data-driven risk management, stakeholder collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Leads the development, enhancement, implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Fatigue Risk Management (FRM) Manual for Flight Crew, Cabin Crew, and Engineering, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. Analyzes fatigue-related data trends and operational metrics, identifying emerging risks and providing evidence-based insights and recommendations to support proactive decision-making and continuous improvement of fatigue mitigation strategies. Acts as the subject matter expert (SME) and provides expertise on fatigue risk, supporting senior management with insights and recommendations on mitigation strategies and operational improvements. Leads the governance and coordination of all fatigue-related forums, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, decision tracking, and alignment across business units. Supports operational departments in the development and monitoring of Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) related to fatigue and human performance.
