The Business Planning & Performance team supports operational excellence by driving business improvement initiatives, strengthening project delivery and optimising performance across the organisation. As Project Manager , you will drive operational improvement, project delivery and performance optimisation across dnata Singapore's Ground Handling operations. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will lead initiatives to address operational challenges, streamline processes and deliver measurable operational and financial improvements through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement methodologies. In this role, you will: Partner with operational leaders to identify and deliver business process improvement priorities, leading operational turnaround initiatives that enhance productivity, service quality, safety, customer experience and cost efficiency. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, TQM and continuous improvement methodologies to analyse operational processes, identify inefficiencies and root causes, and translate data into actionable improvement plans.
